Deadline for return
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
Condition of goods
For returns to be accepted, products must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging.
Exceptions
Some products – such as plants – are not returnable due to their nature unless they are damaged or not as described.
Return and refund process
If your return is approved, we will refund your purchase amount to the same payment method you used to place your order. Refunds are typically issued within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
Return shipping costs
The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods, unless the goods are damaged or not as described, in which case we bear the cost.
Damaged or defective products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will offer a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
